Jon Hyatt - Filter Music Group

Jon Hyatt

If Ed Sheeran, Mark Ronson and Sigrid had a musical child, it would be Jon Hyatt. His music sounded like a surf holiday in the middle of London's rainy streets. How good it is that said Jon Hyatt actually exists. The Berlin newcomer is just in the starting blocks to play his charmingly exuberant and British-influenced pop into the world. With an infectious lightness, the young musician forces his audience almost to carelessness. "Why do I make music? When you listen to my music, I want you to notice that you're alive and that THAT's fucking the hottest thing." A not exactly modest claim that Jon Hyatt has imposed on himself. Sure, the footsteps he steps into are big, but his shoes fill them in their own unique way. A motivation that JON discovered for himself as a child. Already at a young age he made music his language. So even then he was able to trigger unexpected reactions from his counterpart. If the mastering of guitar and vocals was a logical consequence of his connection to music, the use of the piano plays a very special role. "My beloved grandfather already sat me at a piano as a toddler. At that time mostly still on his lap, soon also sometimes alone." A successful basis to get going now. Hyatt writes his songs mostly completely alone and also plays all instruments himself during the recordings. He has practiced and learned to love that all his life. "I write songs because this is my life. And the greatest thing would be if people could even sing along to the lyrics at my concerts at some point". JON HYATT joins Mark Ronson, Sigrid and other greats: His songs inspire, motivate and bring more than the necessary amount of endorphin.
