New release: Lorens talks flirting in newest single

Filter Records: After tracks such as ‘Never Get Better’ and ‘Close’, LORENS is back with yet another vibey, dark-pop single. ‘Now’ is the fourth single from the self-produced newcomers upcoming debut EP. ‘Now’ presents a sort of 4×4 drum pattern, typical in electronic music but manages to have a build up and a vibe that makes the listener want to move.

“It’s about that situation when you’re out somewhere at a bar or a club, and meet someone you know you’re going home with- but both people pretend they don’t know where it’s going so that they can play game the game and chase a bit longer”

describes LORENS. The song has elements inspired by Goldfrapp, who was on repeat for LORENS during the time she wrote ‘Now’.

Fans of Kelela, Billie Eillish or Kelsey Lu will have a new “future-pop” act to indulge in. The debut EP is scheduled to release Spring 2020.

‘Now’ is out now and can be downloaded and streamed here:
